What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of the date you received it. Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. The product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
The best way to change your order is to contact our support during our business hours. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

How should I store my incense products to maintain their quality?
To keep your incense products in the best condition, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high humidity. Please keep them in their original packaging or a sealed container to preserve their fragrance and prevent moisture absorption. Avoid placing them near strong odors, as incense can absorb surrounding scents over time.
If your incense comes into contact with water, gently pat it dry with a soft cloth and let it air dry completely before using or storing it again. This will help maintain its quality and prevent damage.
Can pregnant use your incense products?
Our incense products are made from natural, plant-based ingredients without chemical additives. However, some traditional Chinese medicinal ingredients used in incense may have properties that promote blood circulation or relieve stagnation, which could be unsuitable for pregnant women. Every pregnancy is unique, and sensitivities may vary.
We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using incense during pregnancy, especially if you have concerns about specific ingredients or scents. For a cautious approach, please use proper ventilation when burning incense and limit exposure to minimize potential risks.

Orders are processed in the order we receive them. You can track your order status on a tracking page & also signup for alerts on a courier website.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived on time?
Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement.
